Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at happymattystore@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9717611499 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Please provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear images of the product.

 

Return Initiation: Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the return process with our trusted logistics partner to arrange for the return of your product.

Pickup Timelines: Once the return request is processed our logistic partner will pick up the product in 2-3 days. 

Important Product Conditions

For your return or exchange to be processed, please ensure:

The product is unused

The product is in its original packaging

Please note: Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. Product replacements with different items are not possible. 

Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method in case of return.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

Refunds will be issued as Store Credit for future purchases on happymattystore.com

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:

If an order is shipped but not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, the refund will be issued as Store Credit.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships or within 5 hours of placing it, whichever comes first.

For prepaid orders, your payment will be refunded to your account within 4-7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Store credit is credited to your account as soon as we reviece the product back
